Our principles
- Honest first-hand experience is the point of this platform, including experience an agency would rather not see published.
- People are treated with respect even during strong disagreement.
- Nobody's identity, safety or private information is put at risk by taking part.
- The same rules apply to members, agency representatives and TSA staff.
What we expect
- Criticise work, decisions and outcomes — not someone's appearance, background, identity or family.
- Disclose your relationship honestly when you review or respond.
- Use the report tool for genuine policy breaches, not for content you disagree with.
- Vote a review helpful because it is useful, not because of who wrote it.
Prohibited behaviour
- Harassment, intimidation, stalking or repeated unwanted contact, on or off TSA.
- Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
- Doxxing, or attempting to identify or expose an anonymous reviewer.
- Pressuring, threatening or offering to pay a reviewer to change, remove or post a review.
- Creating additional accounts, or coordinating a group, to influence ratings, helpful votes or reports.
- Impersonating another person, agency or TSA itself.
Retaliation is a serious breach
An agency that identifies, contacts or retaliates against a reviewer — or asks anyone else to — can lose profile management access and its claimed and verified status.
Consequences
Depending on severity and history, TSA may remove the content, issue a warning, restrict posting, remove an agency's ability to respond, revoke claimed or verified status, or close the account. Serious cases — threats, doxxing, coordinated fraud — can result in immediate removal without a warning first.
Enforcement decisions are recorded, explained to the affected account, and can be appealed under the Moderation Policy.
